What could I say, look if you need a pai...
What could I say, look if you need a pair of cheap as chips headphones in a hurry till you can afford some quality ones,these will do for a time,not the best,not the worst.

It's ok for what it is.Calls & txts I only use mine for as it's just slow.
There is I've seen away to update the phone to Windows 10,I add update from 8.0 to 8.1 and that was the last most likely scheduled update from Nokia.The 10.1 is an update you have to download from Windows,but I'm having a problem getting it?.
If I can get the phone to Windows 10 it might just make difference to performance in general
