Vent Axia Lo-Carbon fan

Having the fan on at a constant (quiet) low leval helps to ensure that water vapour is positively removed from the house, lessening the chance of condensation ocurring elsewhere. The fan switches to boost (reasonably quiet) when activated by the humidistat, manually by the pull cord, or the "timed overrun" from the light switch. All in all I am glad I fitted this fan.

Google CHromecast - it just works

I needed a device so that I could stream " Discovery + Sport " from my phone to my TV. The Google Chromecast with Google TV does that very simply and effectively, straight out of the box. I doubt if I will ever use the Google TV aspect of it.
