  Sold me apparently a used but fully working condition volvo xc90 cylinder head, but had bent valves and damaged lifters machine shop reported, said i was lieing until I said ask redmans engine center, then seller changed to well you should change all valves on a second hand head anyway and refused to refund me for the £90 extra cost from the machine shop ( 5 bent valves)
