Quick read, but wanted more.
Got a good feel how it was for "Loyalist" in their struggle to maintain their allegiance with the crown
while most of the populist yearned to throw it off. Campaigns from Staten Island were very interesting.
Too bad you didn't have a cross-index.
The book could had contained the common everyday soldiers.
I have see references to them & know of one particular private that was listed in another publication
of which I have forgotten the title. It gave his name rank under whom he served ,what campaign he was in.
