  The store sent ceramic products in a different condition from the picture. When I complained to the seller, he said he specified it on the sales page, let alone apologized. There are 2 cracks that I can't see at all in the picture I received. I bought this for someone else, but I couldn't even use it at all. No refunds for some and not replying to my protest messages except for the first time.
