  When items were delivered they were loose inside a box - no wrapping or packaging. The controller had tape attached to it. When I contacted the seller I was told the controller had tape on it because it had been dropped. No explanation for loose items. I would not accept items as they were not as described and potentially damaged in transit. The seller told me to stop complaining. I eventually got a refund. Poor attitude from seller.
