Does what its supposed to do
The digital coax output on my DVD player didn't work but the optical output did. I needed that coax since the optical inputs on my receiver were already filled. This gadget converted the DVD's optical output to the coax input without detectable degradation. A very handy little box.

If you're old, you'll gasp. If you're young, you'll go "wha-a-a-a-a-aaa????
People who know nothing about rock & roll, who have never been moved by it themselves, who have only observed its effects from a distance and who gather their info from equally clueless second-hand sources, shouldn't write books about it. Whatever Mr. Noebel's credentials might be, as an observer of modern youth culture he doesn't have the faintest. Even Lennon's diehard fans will find nothing to be outraged about here, its that far off-target. The reader who wishes to get the REAL inside scoop on Rock and the drug culture should hunt down some of the 70's pronouncements from Art Linkletter.

Trades a big inconvenience for a smaller one
I bought two of these. The first one I put on my Warmoth Telecaster immediately and found that it doesn't snap on the Bigsby bar as I supposed, it needs the tension from at least one string to hold it in place while you string up the rest. So until you get that first string wound up a bit you're still doing a little juggling act to hold the spoiler on the bar, the string in the spoiler and cranking the tuner while holding the string in position. Now when I put the other spoiler on my Gibson maybe I'll try giving it a little squeeze with pliers to see if that holds it on the bar better. BUT, let me say this issue is nothing compared to the bother of restringing a Bigsby the normal way. The spoiler does what it's supposed to.
