Good Tasting and helps with sleep

There are 120 little chewable tablets in a bottle. The tablets are naturally flavored with fruit juices. Each tablet has 5 mg of melatonin - which is enough to relax and get to sleep. I tried taking 2 pills, but that was a bit too much, since I felt groggy the next day. Keep it to just one tablet per night. This is a little bit better quality melatonin supplement, which justifies a higher price.

The Pretender, season 4

I am intrigued with The Pretender series because it was well written and the video shooting was top notch overall. Jarrod and Miss Parker were strong, capable actors. Broots and Sydney and Angelo were effective and believable supporting actors. Broots characterization was amusing. Miss Parker certainly was portrayed as an intelligent and beautiful, but vulnerable woman. Her wardrobe was awesome! I have enjoyed watching this series because it was so well done. Whether Jarrod ever found his parents is a moot point. I enjoyed the mysteries surrounding The Center and the death of Catherine Parker. I hope that there are real people in the world who do intervene and help people in need as Jarrod was portrayed.
