Titleist DCI Wedges (And Irons)
First of all, the DCI 962 wedges are good looking. Believe it or not, a club that you do not mind looking at is important. You will find the Titleist pleasing to the eye. Secondly, they are very easy to hit- and I do mean for everyone By easy to hit I mean that the DCI's are soft, cavity backed, and provide a big club head, but not an OVERSIZED head. In other words, they provide you with a lot of feedback about the shot you just hit (thin, fat, on the toe, heel) and that is not always the case with a cavity backed club. As for the big club heads, Titleist often gets stereotyped as being the premiere producer of small head (blades) clubs and get overlooked when it comes to their cavity backed products. In this case, the cavity backed club should not be overlooked. What else do I like? For a cavity backed club, the DCI's are easy to work. I can hit the ball high or low and move it to the right or the left with the DCI's. As for distance- I do not really concern myself with distance irons but in this case- the DCI's are right there with any other set of cavity backed irons. Finally, I like the feel. As I mentioned above, the DCI's provide a soft feel, but they also provide a solid feel and that is important with any club you purchase. It is a rarity when you can find a caivty backed iron that provides a soft feel and a solid feel; the DCI's provide both. You can really feel the difference between the different types of balls you hit. Perhaps the most important thing to know about the DCI's is that they are a good fit for anyone who is looking for a new set of irons. There are not many iron sets that I can say that about. Most of the manufacturers make a set for advanced players and another for average/beginners. Titleist has made a set for all levels with the DCI's, even though they claim to be for the advanced golfer. If you are thinking about buying the 962 wedges or irons, dont hesitate, do it.

Bridgestone J33 #3 Fairway Wood
I bought this club even though I didnt need it because of the amazing deal I got. First of all, I already have 2 hybrids that I use which are the Callaway Fusion 3H and 4H hybrids. I saw this Bridgestone #3 ending and the bidding was only at $30 for a BRAND NEW one, so I put in a bid at the last second and won a BRAND NEW BRIDGESTONE J33 #3 HYBRID WITH AN ALDILA NVS GRAPHITE SHAFT for only $38! WOW!!! So anyway, after I received the club, I was very impressed with the beauty and quality craftsmanship of this club. When I took it to the range, I was sold. This club performs just as well as the Callaway Fusion FT Hybrids that sell for around $200. I honestly cannot tell the difference when hitting them. Even the shapes of the heads and grooves are the same. But the best thing is, you dont have to spend as much money on these as you do the Callaways. So not only is the Bridgestone hybrid beautiful, but it is a performer too. It gives you plenty of confidence at set-up, and with a nice smooth swing, you get that solid feeling at impact where you know you just PURED the ball. This is a great club people. If you've been trying to decide between the Callaways and the Bridgestones, GET A BRIDGESTONE. They are both awesome clubs, and I cant tell any difference between the two. Plus, EVERYONE has the Callaways. Be a little different and get the Bridgestone. You will not regret it.
