Everyone can benefit from the information in this book.
2 of 2 found this helpful I read a borrowed copy of this book a while back and was totally fascinated by this approach to negotiation. I just had to own a copy for my personal library so I could re-visit the material at any time.
I highly recommend this to everyone- it's not just about negotiation. It's about living and communicating with other people effectively.
