Failed just a few monts out of warranty, no support from Razer. Very disappointed!
Failed just a few months out of warranty and no support / repair from Razer. Very disappointed!
They don't offer repairs and it's a shame that such an expensive mechanical keyboard would malfunction just a few months out of the 2 year warranty. Keyboard was well taken care of, regularly cleaned and never suffered any spills or impacts.
Some keys started failing out of the blue and just out of warranty. No replacement, no repair from Razer. Though luck - buy a new one....
Last purchase from Razer for me.

Excellent build quality and sound transmission.
Excellent build quality and sound transmission. Sound quality on par with the Naim Black Snaic, I couldn't tell the difference.
