A Better Tribute Than Most
If you're an Alexander fan, you won't be disappointed with this set. I normally stay away from tributes because I find that the people that sing on these don't do the artist justice. There's 17 tracks on here, I like a dozen plus, which is pretty good for a tribute album. "Anna" by Roger McGuinn, and "If it's really got to be this way" by Robert Plant, are superb. Throw in 10+ other tracks and you have a pretty good set here. You will love Robert Plant's rendition, guaranteed!

Looking for great lessor known female vocals, start with Vol 1!
Great collection of not so popular tunes all together on one disc, semi-hits and non-hits. Anyone familiar with Ace knows they have great packaging, nice book with pics and liner notes. Excellent remaster as are all their releases. Songs are along the lines of pop, rock and R&B. Highly recommend Vols. 1 and 2, nice songs on both. Vols 3 and 4 are a little weaker in content with even more obscure songs. Would also recommend Vol 5, as there are a handful of great songs I've never heard on that disc too!
