Understanding the Art of Aikido
1 of 1 found this helpful This book is a very good start on understanding the history and origin of Aikido. It takes you step by step into some of the mechanics and methodology of the art. An excellent book for those interesting in taking classes or joining a dojo.

Good Reading from Bell Hooks
2 of 2 found this helpful Bell Hooks is a excellent writer. She somehow is able to express ideas about relationships with an objectivity and insite that is almost like a 6th sense. All About Love talks about what the word "LOVE" really means in my opinion and how we go about finding and giving "LOVE". It's an excellent book for anyone looking to find answers about relationships and self-worth.
