NOT " ideal for fermentation " at all.
No seal atainable for correct fermentation using a bubbler even after trying several gaskets. would NOT recommend using for fermentation whatsoever!!

Ten times more for the same money and quality. It's a no brainer !
Compared to branded float stops these are ridiculously cheap but are just as effective and do the job just as well. You literally get ten times more for your money , it's a no brainer !
