Simply the best.
Great product to bring out the very best in real wood.
Worth spending the time sanding and finishing to achieve best results.

Brilliant cordless phone
I have had two of these phones - the first one I had for about 18 months before my husband dropped it in the bath - it does not work well under water!! and it actually packed up a couple of months later. We had been so happy up to this point that we immediately sought to replace it with the exact same model.
The base measures about 14cm x 18cm but the handset is really dinky and fits neatly into the palm of your hand - it's actually smaller and lighter than my old mobile phone (Nokia 3310).
1. You can attach a headset (supplied) so that you can use the phone in hands free mode (I quite often chat while I am doing the ironing). You can also use the loud speaker on the base.
2. You can chose to answer the phone by flipping open the front cover or by pressing a button.
3. Call time display if you want to monitor how long your call is.
3. Stores the last 10 dialled numbers allowing you easy redial.
4. You can store AND speed dial up to 70 numbers, the numbers are easy to store and recall and the menu displays similar to most mobiles.
5. The last 20 received calls can be viewed, including the callers number (if not withheld) and their name (if you have programmed it in.
6. If you purchase an additional handset you can transfer calls between handsets and use them as an intercom (I only have one handset - so have not tried this)
7. Voice and key volumes can be adjusted on the handset and voice but not key volumes the base.
8. There are 10 different ring tones available (plus vibrate and vibrate then ring) and different handsets and the base can be set with different ring tones. You can even record your own ring tone on the base (I’ve not tried this though). If your telephone network and the callers telephone network both support caller id - then you can assign different ring tones to different callers.
9. The display supports all of the following languages: English, French, German, Italian, Dutch, Spanish, Swedish & Norwegian.
10. You can barr calls from being made by assigning pin numbers (up to 4).

1. personalised greeting message if you do not want to use the pre-recorded factory one.
2. Memo messages.
3. recording a telephone conversation (via handset only)
4.If you set the date and time - the answer phone will tell you exactly when each call was received.
5. Alarm
6. You can listen to the incoming message as it is being left.
7. You can change the maximum length of time that a caller can leave a message.
8. You can access your messages remotely by entering a pin number and either turn the answer phone on or off or listen to your messages.
9. Up to 50 minutes of messages can be left.
All of the functions on this phone are easy to use and the handbook that comes with it is far from technical.
Not sure what the official range is, but I have a 3 bed house with a 100ft garden and th phone never goes out of range.
Now this is the good bit - my original phone (the one that we drowned) cost us almost £160 - we were willing to pay the same again because the phone is so fantastic - but guess what we got a bargain at Telephones online and replaced the phone for just £59.99 - what a megga bargain.
Anyway enough said (and I still think i've missed a few features) - hope this helps.
P.S. The only disadvantage is that since this phone is so compact - i've actally take it out with me a couple of times, confusing it with my mobile!
