Excellent images

Disappointed
I have several cameras, film and digital, that can use the m42 mount. I was hoping the Ziess name meant something superior to Fujinon or Chinon, but the added Jena seems to bring it down below a Fujinon. In comparison, sharpness, color and contrast was not as good as my 45 year old Fuji lens.

Solid easy to use camera
I bought this camera to shoot black and white film. It loads film easily and winds smoothly. The light meter displays the shutter speed for best exposures. The lens that first came with it had a slow aperture release and overexposed the film. I bought a zoom lens that worked nicely with it. For those who like working with film for an artistic, I recommend this camera.
