poor shopping and packaging...used stuff in really bad shape

I ordered this Dewalt door lock installation set and the description says the bits were new, they are NOT! it did come with a used set of metal hole saws in really bad shape and some dust from whoever used it last! and no instructions To add it was delivered to my neighbor two houses down who was nice enough to bring it to me!. this is poor on all fronts!!! never mentioned about the instructions missing or it being in this bad shape!
