    This seller had this pretty sweater dress at buy it now $12.00 or best offer? I offered $10.00 then $11.00....seller didn't except & I didn't understand why seller had or best offer? The shipping was very high also, if my daughter didn't really need this I wouldn't have bought it. The dress is new & very pretty, the dress arrived on time.
