Overall pleased with NX2000. Cost effective. Creative. Good feature set
3 of 3 found this helpful Purchased this camera to use for point and shoot pictures. It is excellent value for money. I have now used two other lenses, a Pentacon 50mm F1.8 and Samsung 20mm prime lenses which give better results than the standard 20-50mm Samsung kit lens. All give great results though, given the tradeoff with zoom and cost. Everyone that has seen pictures from this are amazed at the sharpness,colour depth and detail. Easy to use interface. Better value than some competitors. Easy to charge with supplied USB charger or can use a USB battery pack. Can use mobile phone or tablet for remote control too. Fits in my shirt pocket. The only thing is it doesn't have a built in flash compared to some competitors necessitating leaving the supplied external flash attached, however this isn't an issue for me as it is really small. This has some wifi features that I just don't need or use. Small compact and light. If you need to you can use it on manual settings with some alternate lenses like Nikon, Pentax, Canon or M42 screw as there are many different adaptors available online at very reasonable prices. Wifi is good for remote however have found it slower than Nikon D5100/D5200 when transferring to PC or TV.

Value, excellence and productivity all in one.
Up and running in seconds. Exactly as advertised and will bring a new dimension to my photography. Price, features and power are extremely inviting compared to other brands I have used. Have tested several modes and TTL works perfectly automatically with the ability to bracket in manual mode. Weight on camera is very light, balanced and ergonomic. Bounce brings a whole new dimension with perfect results achieved. Power saving feature is intelligent. Couldn't have had better results. I purchased the product to suit NX1000, achieve quality portraits (with bounce)and scenery shots in low light with a higher guide number than smaller units. END

Great value for money. Better than the name brand one I had which failed after 4 months! Small in size and does not ibstruct the view.
