Very well-designed, simple and easy replacement for 78xx voltage regulators
This is a very well-designed, simple and easy replacement for 78xx voltage regulators. It measures extremely well, and can deliver a much tighter, clearer sound than a standard 78xx. But (like all these devices) it is IME likely to sound quite different to your existing regulator, and only you can determine whether that is an improvement or not.

A bargain for what it delivers
On the face of it, these Isofeet may not look so much visually, and there are plenty of flashier-looking 'isolation' feet costing £400+ / set (I know, I have some of them). But in my experience and in a system with average or above resolution (I'm running a Naim amplification and Eclipse TD712 speaker set-up) they provide significantly improved PRaT, with greater integration, more detail, improved ambience retrieval, and increased 'ease' in complex musical passages. Basically music is rather more expressive, and just makes more musical sense. My partner happily concurs, and she has no preconceptions about such things, other than perhaps to wonder if I'm just wasting money. I have the Isofeet under speaker stands, turntable motor and feet (where you can tell the difference, even though the TT already sits on a sorbothane isolated granite plinth on a sorbothane-isolated stand), integrated as part of the arm-board, under pre/power amps and power supplies, and I've just got more to go under the hifi racks, DAC and power conditioners! I have around 10 sets of Isofeet, and on every component where I have added them the musical (and hi-fi) aspect of performance has improved significantly. So I can only assume that in my system, and with my musical preferences (I cannot bear systems that do not 'time' well) the energy-reduction offered by these products really does work exceptionally well, and strongly benefits the realistic and enjoyable playback of music. Just remember they generally work best (IME) bypassing the feet of the component, and this I have found to be true even with companies (such as Naim) who offer products with anti-vibration feet. In my experience this is one of those rare things that in the mad world of hifi, that offers a lot for relatively little!

A stunning cartridge
This is by far the most dynamic, lifelike and rhythmically-articulate cartridge I've ever owned! Running on a Michell Gyro with Rega RB1000 arm and SoundDeadSteel mat it tracks very well (early Decca's of 30-40 years ago tracked atrociously), images superbly and has so much drive and attack it makes every other cartridge I ever owned (inc Koetsu and Linn) sound flat and lifeless in comparison. It's probably not for everyone.... But if you like what it does, and your system is suitable, nothing else I've heard comes close. An absolute bargain for the performance on offer.
