good for the cook who really wants to know italian food.

looks like a great cookbook. i haven't cooked any of the recipes yet, so i won't really know until i've had a few hits, but at least eBay waited until i'd received the book before asking for a review.

looks like a good cookbook for someone wanting to lose a little weight, maybe

which is the reason i got it. i need to eat lighter, and i don't want to be bored with my meals. many of the recipes in this cookbook look tasty and inventive, which appeals to me.
