Great for the Sahara
1 of 2 found this helpful If you live in a desert region these panniers will do the job for you. However if you live somewhere like the UK and spend a weekend going from London to Manchester, and back again, and it rains, these panniers are complete rubbish. They are made from a material with the absorbancy qualities of sponge and all my clothes were sopping wet at the end of both trips. Don't think the rain covers help either, they only cover about two thirds of the pannier, ie not the wheel side, I had a puddle in one of them when I got back to London. You'd be better off using polythene bags.

Good but short
However, it's very short (4cm) so would not reach the connector at the bottom of the socket.

Size matters
Product looks good and works, however the live cable screw didn't have a slot so it took some time to get it out and use the superfluous extra earth screw. The main problem was that the interior of the socket was slightly too large for my box so couldn't get it in. Bought an MK one which was fine, but twice the price, you pays your money and takes your choice.
