A VG shaver
Does what it says on the tin!
Very quiet in operation.
Good close shave with minimum of effort.

Panasonic Digital Recorder
I had a sony digital recorder for many years but if finally packed in. I need a replacement urgently as I take minutes of meetings for a World organisation and a recorder is a must. I actually also use an old Olympus tapt model as well as a back-up.
I read some revies and the panasonic ticked all the boxes. I knew the price in the shops was about £80 so when I say one on ebay I was more than a little inerested and I giot it for just over £10 - and brand new still in the box. The seller lived only 1/2away from me so I picked it up - saved £5 in postage. I have now used it several times. Its almost perfect and the clarity of the recording when using ear phones is superb. It also will record for about 16 hours - more than enough for my use. The only downside is that to rewind, you turn a serated wheel, Whilst it "winds back", it is not all that accurate and seems to go back in "bands". It does not do this when going forward so there might be a fault with it but I can live with that. Overll I'm very pleased with it - and for £10 I got a bargain.
