Excellent product but 2 minor niggles
1 of 1 found this helpful Functionally excellent and programming is reasonably simple. I have only 2 complaints.
First instead of the normal thermostat system of mounting and wiring the base plate before plugging in the thermostat, with this one you have to wire to the back of the receiver unit before mounting. (I had to extend the wires to make it possible).
Second there are only 2 programming options - Individual days or 5/2. There is no option for all 7 days the same so you have to use 5/5 and programme everything twice.
It's only been installed a couple of weeks so I cannot comment on reliability

Good and Sturdy
1 of 1 found this helpful Strong enough to support the heaviest of bedding without sagging or bending and being height adjustable means that it can be adjusted to the best height for different people.

Good kit -- pity about the manual
Functionality, build quality and reliability are bood, as far as I can tell after a couple of weeks. I have docked it one star because of the total lack af any instructions in the package. I use Sipgate as my service provider and they supply instructions for setting up this and many other ATA's on their website which worked at the first attempt.
