Fabric cut appears wrong

There is no support for one's head. The canvas is cut too wide at the top and is loose and floppy, needs to be more taut to provide something to rest head against to be truly comfortable. No instructions either.

Disappointed to find charger does not se...

Disappointed to find charger does not sense nor indicate battery charge level, or auto cut out if charge complete. Relies on manual calculation of charging time. tricky if initial state of charge uncertain. In this day and age it should be more clever.
