not enough magnification
7x35 wide field binoculars are more useful.
8x is not enough magnification to make the
stabilization worth while. 10x - 15 x would be
the minimum usefulness of stabilization.
Using the 8x25 monocular prompted me to
order the Canon 12x36 IS stabilized binos, which
I think will be far more useful, even though far
more expensive

battery tester
This thing is great , had trouble starting the car
even after charging the battery , never considered that the 10 year old battery could be the problem, The battery tester showed the
430 CCA battery at only 125 CCA after charge, Replaced the battery . no more starting problems.
