ok at under 100 quid over 100 there are better options
1 of 1 found this helpful Throttles gigabit lan to 250 mbits when you use certain functions like mac filtering. It can be worked around, but it was undocumented and annoying.
The usb storage mount8ng is extremely unreliable also, so if you wish to use it to run a network share you will be consistently disappointed as it regularly loses the drive and you're going to need physical access to pull the usb hardware to get it to reset.
There are better linksys routers with open firmware, and if you find yourself wondering if this is like the r8000p, no, it's a great deal slower.
Otherwise fine, with relatively strong wifi.
