Great item, everything that Virgin box can do without the cost.
1 of 1 found this helpful I suppose everyone is wary when buying used products but this item is in excellent condition and fully meets my expectations. Literally took minutes to set up, connect to my internet, and scan for channels. Although the description did say 200 channels I can only receive 184 (hence 4 stars not 5), however for me this is fine as all the channels I need are there. Great to have internet connectivity as easy to change over to the internet if the satellite signal goes down. I've connected an external hard drive which means I can record programs if I wish, although you can't watch one program and record another but the 7 day scroll back facility makes this irrelevant. I'm able to rewind, fast forward, and pause, so I can do pretty much everything I was able to do on my Virgin Media box but without the expensive monthly subscription. Brilliant product which I would recommend without any qualms.
