Nice warm gloves
In recent winters conditions in southern Britain these gloves are definitely warmer than the goretex skiing gloves I have been wearing. That is to say my hand did not get uncomfortably cold or numb when cycling.
The only thing I would say is to go for one size larger than you normally would if you want a relaxed fit.

Good buy
Works much better than the original ever did. Every button works fast, no delays, no repeated pressing and having to go right up to the box to get a reaction. Wish this had come as original equipment.
