Cheap and cheerful
It's worth the money. I.e. cheap. But don't expect amazing quality. Blade is thin and handle flimsy.

Surprisingly good
Got this to polish our enamel bath tub as it had gone dull after some 6 years.
For the price i didnt expect much, but it lasted for the project i needed, the velcro is nice ans strong and doesnt peel off the pads like some cheap velcro pads do.
I used it on both fast and normal speed of a battery power drill/screwdriver (so no massive speeds) and it was perfect.
If anyone is interested - I used Carplans cutting compound that sells on ebay for a few quid. took a while, but the bath came out shiny like brand new!
Looking for a new project to polish.
