  This item showed up and did not match the description it definitely had been used ,cosmetic damage , and damaged label. Hopfully it works I will test it to find out .wish I had the label intact. This was priced as a new item ,and is not a new item, this was packed very well with protective bag inside package so it wasn't damaged on the way here . So seller knew this was in used condition and sold it as new item . I can't use this item for a customers solar system install.

  I have spoken to buyer and explained everything to him and we have come to an understanding. I explained to him also that it was new and never installed,and as a good faith effort I even gave him a discount.
