Rancilio Silvia with pid kit
If you have a Rancilio Silvia, you definitely need a PID kit. You can customize your pre-infusion, shot timing, brew temp and steam temp. Miss Silvia operates beautifully. Wouldn't have it any other way.

Amazing product! Self-explanatory looking at the machine in how to use it. You will love it. very powerful and I suggest you drop the temp to 300s; Starting off with more length in your time for a smoother taste for an espresso. Keep an eye before the sec crack. The machine cools the beans for you, but it takes a few secs extra to kick in. Learning machine timing will help you roast a smoother tasting batch.
