Lutron Maestro Fan Control & LED Light Dimmer (MACL-LFQ-WH), New in Retail Box !

Great control but consumer beware!
The Maestro fan control is great but you need to verify 2 things before you buy: 1. Your switch box has a 14/3 wire run to your fan (red/white/black) 2. You have a "compatible" LED bulb on hand. The first bulb (maybe non-dimmable) I tried caused the control to go haywire! I was nearly ready to panic when I switched out the bulb and suddenly everything worked great.
