A delightful, healthy culinary treat
A beautiful cookbook ! Healthy but tasty recipes; ingredients generally easily sourced in supermarkets. Novel and creative ideas for family favourites (stuffed French toast).
For those of us who dream of visiting a luxury spa if only just to enjoy healthy gourmet food, this cookbook will take you there for a fraction of the cost.

An amazing cookbook. Dishoom transports you to the beautiful sub-continent of one of the world’s busiest cities (Bombay) Mumbai.
It’s a culinary but also fascinating form of time travel through the additional narrative or interspersed snippets of life seen through photos and tales.
A brilliant read but also a gem of a cookbook.
