    Poor eBayer - despite listing stating that watch was fully working the date wheel was damaged and the movement holder was missing, basically this watch should have been sold as a spare/repair. Offered to repair myself for just the cost of the parts, i.e. £7.50 but seller refused offering a refund instead, I refused this as this seller insists buyer pays to return items even when they are faulty! States that if a return label is used the cost will be deducted from the refund, really?

    We're not insisting on anything, we'd have been happy to cover a return but you chose to use the eBay returns system, we don't control that. That apart, we both know what the play was from your side here, the item was checked before listing. I'll never get the logic of adding insult to injury by leaving negative feedback, achieves nothing but to damage a small business. Our customer service is second to none; we've offered you a full refund, you don't want to send the item back, says it all.
