Does what it says on the tin
I like my desktop to be quiet, so having a solid-state-cooled card is important, and this does the job. I should say that I will never be pushing it to the max as I am not a gamer, but I do a fair amount of video work and it is well up to that with no heat spikes.

Does what it says, no fuss
This is a replacement for the non-RGB fan that came with my Mugen 5 Rev B cooler. It is just as effective as the original, and just as quiet. And it looks nice. One point - this fan is rated up to 1200rpm instead of the 800rpm of the original. but as I have not yet stressed my CPU above 70 degrees I cannot report on how loud it will be at that stage, or how effective the cooling will be.

    Competent socket AM2 board
Does what it says on the tin. Onboard LAN works, onboard video is fine if not playing games. The only thing missing from the spec for me is a firewire IEEE 1394 port. Be careful when fitting cables to the board, as there are limited support screw holes around where the power supply/IDE cables are plugged in, so pushing down on a cable flexes the board; try & support the board edge with a spare hand(!!) Be sure to run the accompanying software CD to load the necessary drivers - or download them from the ECS website - otherwise you'll get no LAN & no video.
