Useful book for beginners

Good domestic trainer/bike

Difficult to assemble, partly due to poor instructions. I suspect the cross-trainer will be a bit wobbly when I get fitter. Adjustment of power needed looks very fiddly but haven't yet tried it as I'm happy with the way they had it. Nothing like the standard of a multi-thousand pound machine in the gym, but much better than many another domestic machine.
