DO NOT HESITATE!
OEM, direct from GM. My locksmith programmed both units in under 5 minutes. My locksmith always complains about customer bringing in aftermarket fobs that just do not program correctly. He appreciates I bring OEM key blanks and Fobs to him for cutting and programming. This unit is a GM/ AC Delco unit and works exactly as it should from the factory.

OEM GM key fob
Half the price from my local dealer and it is the SAME EXACT PRODUCT! OEM and programmed just fine. I purchased OEM after trying 3, YES I said 3, non-OEM remotes. The programming took a long time and the auto start did not work. I even tried 2 "refurbished" remotes with new cases and they worked, but the insides had shotty soldering and the batteries were loose.
I decided to go brand new OEM and I am glad I paid the extra cost.
