Direct replacement
Direct replacement for original power cable.

Flexible + sturdy
Bought to replace an older single X-frame. Easy to adjust height and double braced X-frame so much more sturdy, at least when on lowest height setting.
Only negative is if you purchase a Stagg X stool, the stool has to be adjusted to it's highest height setting to reach the stand's lowest height setting. Wouldn't have thought this would be a good stand for anyone under say 5' 6".

Includes everything you need to hardwire but why Series 2?

One answer I couldn't find anywhere however was what's the difference between a Series 2 and Series 1 wiring kit? I had to contact Nextbase - their answer may help someone else:
The difference between Series 1 and series 2 is different power outputs. You can use a series 1 kit to install any NextBase dashcam. Some of the new range (from 322GW up) have the ability to attach a rear dashcam therefore if you intend to use this 2nd camera facility, you'll need a Series 2 kit (a Series 1 kit won't be able to produce enough power to run both).
