Detects Solid Objects
1 of 1 found this helpful Great for detection of solid objects. Not good for detecting people because clothing absorbs more sound than it reflects. For solid objects detection worked up to 10 feet. For persons only 5 feet. This is not a reflection of this store, All HC-SR04 sensors act this way.

Zero Leakage
I use this for the sudden release of 140 psi compressed air in water guns. There is zero leakage in the off state which is important in this application.

It's OK for light duty applications.
I didn't post 5 stars because the moving part doesn't always return when power is removed. It's as if the return spring isn't stiff enough.
