I am a part-time seller, and dabble in collecting and selling between my full-time job. I will aim to answer any questions/queries within 48 hours. Please note, all items have a 15 working day (Monday to Friday) dispatch time (this does not include delivery time)
Whilst I aim to dispatch all items as soon as possible, times will vary depending on being away for work. I typically dispatch items at the weekends.

Item wasn't dispatched until a couple of weeks after I purchased it, and then there was an issue with the delivery company, but fine other than that. Item arrived as described (haven't opened the box yet), but looks in good condition. Seller was helpful during delayed delivery.

Item arrived in very good condition and was packaged well. I had to message seller as it hadn't been dispatched after a week. I received a very curt reply from the seller stating it was 3 weeks before sending which it did state on his account page (he sent a copy and paste of it just incase) It took longer than the 3 weeks and Yodel waited for someone taking the package to a sending station for over a week. Overall I was happy with the item but not the service I'm afraid.
