What a heap of Junk

Sheared bolt in bottom of packing box! Not a good start. (Never found where from) Added oil and fresh petrol but would not start at all. Phoned helpline( pointless, not staffed by mechanics) eventually found water in carb! Once eventually started the mover cut well and the drive was powerful for about 5 minutes until the mower overheated and cut out! This thing is a heap of junk and proves the old saying “buy cheap, buy twice! I will be sending it back and buying something reliable next time!
