RHA SA-500 Headphones
Superb headphones whose sound quality outstrips 'phones far in excess of the price. I've used ยฃ200 headphones which don't sound as good. They do need a couple of months to bed in properly. My second set and I wouldn't use anything else (shame they've been discontinued by RHA). Very lightweight and easy to use. Excellent for those of us allergic to latex too.

Cycling's Greatest Misadventures
If you're after a cycling book to make you think, laugh and cry then this is the book for you. Fantastic real-life stories from commuters to leisure cyclists to racers. Definitely a book that you'll want to read if you're a cyclist.

Paul McCartney - Chaos And Creation In The Backyard (CD
Excellent CD, with a great choice of songs. This is Paul McCartney at this best, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this album for those who like his music.
