Disappointing.
4 of 4 found this helpful Good print quality and a reasonable price, though the scanner simply will not work through wireless internet so requires a fair bit of fiddling about, switching between WiFi and direct scanning.
There's no apparent way to address this as when you try to fix the issue online, you're either directed to download a diagnostic tool that doesn't work, or an automated chat operator that cannot resolve the issue.
Basically, not a bad printer, but the scanner element may not work.
