Really love this infrared wrap
1 of 2 found this helpful I was thrilled with the quality of this infrared mat, right out of the box. The mat/blanket/wrap is really well designed, and easy to get in and out of. I had misplaced my instructions booklet, but was able to figure out setup and startup in just a couple minutes (found booklet later).
I have a condition where my body cannot detox itself, so I go to great lengths to detox every couple days, and I can already see how this sauna will help. I felt the same effect from its use as after doing Bikhram (Hot) Yoga... very impressive!
