Cable Ends Not As Shown
This is a very good quality stainless steel cable. It is pictured as a double ended cable making it a βuniversalβ cable. I received a cable with a single barrel fitting on one end and soldered cable at the other end. My vintage bike requires both a barrel and pear fitting. I was going to be forced to cut the cable to length and attach a fitting. I would have liked the option of choosing which end to replace, barrel or pear. Thatβs why I chose this cable. Iβll make do.
