Excellent Value
I have purchased many of these flutes over the years for my school band program and have been very pleased with their quality vs. price. They are meant to be a student flute and they do that job admirably. They are not as well built as other more expensive flutes, and are difficult to repair, but as long as they are taken care of and not dropped, they will last for years.

Functional but Minimal
When I received these, I thought there must be a manufacturing defect because the brake material was so thin. I'm just a DIY guy so I don't know how thick the OEM pads are, or whether all of them are this thin, but they do seem barely useable. I've included a photo for comparison. The top shoe is an example of the ones I received. The bottom shoe is one for my Dodge Neon, a smaller lighter car with the same parking brake system. The difference in the thickness of the pad is obvious. They are functional and I installed them anyway, but I don't expect them to last for long.
