!!! Buyer wanted to negotiate further money off the item after they had received it when it was as described. I asked them to return it so that I could offer a refund in full but they wouldn’t. EBay read their messages and informed to ask them once again to request a return but they wouldn’t. Very hard as a seller to deal with a buyer if they won’t return the item. Nothing further as a seller I could do. Hence they have left my shop bad feedback which is totally unfair

the problem is simple you left out the part of the description about the loose pages stuck together with old brown tape + other loose pages that are not as big a problem as the taped ones, i paid for an item that arrived with undisclosed major faults and you thought a partial refund offer was me asking for money off you should have done the decent thing and offered a token or partial refund because the book i received was in far worst condition than the book i paid for this is beyond a JOKE
