  There is not need to be rude. Especially if you have also had a passing recently of someone in the family you should be more understanding. I was hoping to send the item out but had to cancel as I was not at the location as everything happened so suddenly. Apologies you didn’t get much notification from myself but unfortunately I needed to be there for family during this time
