Sacred Temple Music of Tibet (CD 1998)
Bought as a Christmas 'Stocking Filler' present for my husband. He has recently discovered 'Gong Music', was thrilled with this CD being able to relax and meditate upon the various sounds of the instruments and chants. It's worth giving a chance if at first it may sound a little 'wierd' for a new listener to this kind of thing, the more you listen the more meaning it has, it kind of stirs up some magic inside the psyche that leads to a state of bliss and contentment.
The ancients knew about the importance of sacred sounds, it's good to learn from them via music such as this.
